Overview

The Load More Conversations endpoint fetches five more conversations from Facebook or Instagram for one selected social account. It follows the same behavior as the Load More button in Social Inbox and stores the fetched conversations and their recent messages.

Request Parameters

social_account_id	Yes	string	The selected Facebook or Instagram social account ID. Maximum: 255 characters.

Response Fields

Field	Description
previous_count	Number of conversations stored for the selected account before the request.
total_count	Number of conversations stored after the provider request.
added_count	Number of newly stored conversations.
requested_limit	Total number of recent conversations requested from the provider. This increases by five per call.
has_more	Whether another Load More request can be attempted. Returns false when no new conversations are found or 50 conversations are stored.

After a successful request, call Fetch Conversations again and merge the results by conversation id. Start again without a cursor so the updated ordering is returned.

WhatsApp conversations are updated by webhooks and cannot use this endpoint.

Error Responses

Status	When
401	Missing or invalid apiKey.
403	Inbox management is unavailable on the Basic plan.
404	The selected account was not found or does not belong to the authorized user.
422	The account is WhatsApp, unsupported, or needs to be reconnected.
429	The limit of 60 requests per minute per API key was exceeded. Wait for the Retry-After interval.
502	The provider request failed.
